The interior design project in Turin, Italy, was conceived for an archi-enthusiast that wanted to refurbish it and rent it out. Carlo Ratti Associati designed the flat around one core ambient, with low-rise partitions in order to maximize the visibility and surfaces.
The fist home that Ray Kappe designed for LivingHomes is this efficient five-bedroom home. The prefab-house was designed for urban infill, with internal views and generous outdoor living space. A private urban oasis.
