Located in Bad Fischau, Austria, the single house projected by Katja Nagy enjoys from an upper living area with lake views. The house is a homogeneous volume made from a single material for the facade and the roof, minimizing the house exterior. Inside de house, the upper level englobes the living area and the kitchen, while in the basement we find the bedrooms. Pure Groove Recods is located in an existing building that is being completely refurbished and transformed across two floors to create a dramatic new shop, office, exhibition and performance space. Takao Shiotsuka Atelier projected this minimal house in the center of the site facing the sea. The first floor enjoys the yard and the second floor enjoys the sea. The slope of the ground creates a half undergroung living space that faces the garden through a half glass window.
