Casa Barone

WRB transformed an existing summer house on a sloping ground into a property with good sun conditions and flat areas. The house, located in the city Ingarö-Evlinge, east of Stockholm, is mostly dug into the slope, creating a large horizontal platform in ground level. Hotel Caldor

Söhne & Partner projected the first Self Check In Hotel located in the city border of Vienna, near to the biggest Shopping Center of Austria. The structure of the Hotel Caldor emerges along the road. From the centre cross point the Hotel is buckling. The buckling gives the hotel a high profile from the main road. House Sigg

nimmrichter cda projected this wooden three floor house located in Dietlikon, Switzerland. The basement of the house contains the garage, and the necessary storage and equipment rooms. The ground floor consists of a large open space for eating, cooking and living. This area is zoned by a wooden box, which contains the entrance with wardrobe, the vertical development and also from the outside accessible guest toilet. Otra Arquitectura Office

Otra Arquitectura turned a small abandoned space in downtown Monterrey, Mexico, into their office/workshop. The space is barely 60 square meter, and built mainly out of ashlar walls covered in several layers of stucco and paint acquired over the years. The ashlar walls were stripped down to its original state, to take advantage of its texture and colors, giving the space a warm feeling. GH3 Architects renovated this 1970’s house located in Toronto, Canada, creating a loft-like space from front to back.
