The facade of the building is made of Corian engraved with images of fairytales from around the world. Rocha Tombal Architecten designed a basic form with sculptural “eyes” that emerge with direct views to the varied countryside landscape. The form and orientation of the building avoid visual contact with the adjacent houses. At the ground floor the angled ceiling of the kitchen accentuates the intensive contact with the garden. Blok Kats Van Veen Architects projects this private house located along the edge of the Homeruskwartier neighbourhood facing the Almere forest stroke. The triangular shape of the plot was leading for the design. The triangle opens itself towards the garden at the south west with a great view on the forest stroke. The 3.1 Phillip Lim Flagship Store designed by Leong Leong Architecture is located in Cheongdam-Dong, Seouls premiere fashion district. Mapledene Road House Extension

Platform 5 Architects designed the extension of this house situated in Mapledene Road, a conservation are in Hackney. The property had been stripped of virtually all its period features and had become run down and used as a crack den leaving it ripe for modernisation. The cellular ground floor was opened up and extended to the rear to allow the spaces to flow into each other and to the garden.
