House in Montepríncipe by Estudio Nomada

Estudio Nomada projected this spectacular house in Madrid for an art dealer that needed a vast space to nest his art collection.

The central hall, illuminated by a big skylight becomes the heart of the house. Most of the 700 square meter located on the ground floor include the main rooms, all oriented to the bright garden that merge with the interior.

Dear Caroline,

I don’t think there is stucco on the façade, I believe it is made of granite stone on the base and morter above, besides de wood paneling…
