House-in-the-Forest1

Akasaka Shinichiro Atelier designed a small house located near the city of Sapporo, Japan.

The house with the shape of a tent, completely integrates with the surrounding forest. Big openings and skylights allow the nature come inside, creating a relationship with each single tree in the forest.

Nice project, but it is a little too close for comfort to Andrew Berman’s library/studio for a writer: http://www.notcot.com/archives/2008/02/andrew_berman_a.php

Hi,sub-Studio. Because this project was designed in 2005, I think that the comment to resemble a work of Andrew is not necessary. In the present world, it will be impossible to look for a thing resembling nothing.
