Santa Margarita House by SCT Estudio de Arquitectura

SCT Estudio de Arquitectura designed this beautiful house is located in Santa Margarita, Mallorca, with the Serra de Tramuntana as background.

The concrete wall creates a private space and only opens to generates the access of the house. These walls support a wooden box, establishing a dialogue between the strength of the concrete, the lightness of the wood and the fragility of the glass.

The house is organized in two levels. The ground floor include the living areas and the upper floor the bedrooms, which is organized along a longitudinal axis open at the ends.
