Leonardo Glass Cube by 3deluxe

leonardo-glass-cube1.jpg

3deluxe created this distinctive corporate architecture for the brand Leonardo. The integrative design concept combines architecture, interior design and landscape design into a complex aesthetic entity.

The glass facade allows the Leonardo Glass Cube to interplay with the surrounding landscape. Inside, a view of a generous open space with an undulating white wall opens up to visitors. Between the curved wall and the glass facade a hallway provides space for informal meetings and events.

The building is a multi-layered composition: the silhouette-like genetics overlay with the graphic design of the glass facade and elements on the inside.

Harmony with the landscape is so fine!

Volkan, February 8, 2008 at 10:48 am

Sure it looks cool, but where is the logic behind it? It seems like someone was just having fun with a computer program. The response to its context is completely non-existent. It’s just white-washed chaos.

JT, February 19, 2008 at 12:54 am

es un subrealismo interesante visto de una tercera dimencion, es una arquitectura ¡introspectiva! con mucho que desear en su exterior.

I heard LG HI-MACS used as main material for this project. What a wonderful design and work!!!

Golfu, March 7, 2008 at 1:30 am

gosh, I love it in the landscape design category – what is that plant material?! Grass, perhaps? brilliantly original. Who would ever thought of having blank undifferentiated lawn as landscaping!

leif, March 8, 2008 at 2:47 am

Very Cool work !!Its the perfect integration of architectutre , landscape and interior design.

super kool.. perfect blending of site and the structure. i wish i were there to see its fixing details..

tshering norbu, May 16, 2008 at 7:55 pm

that is actually beautiful, I was looking for design concept in google in this was the picture which really got me crazy. The design is “crazy” the concept is very creative, I just couldnt help to give a comment. Nice work you have there. Maybe that is not what the architect/designer wants to hear but really I want to criticize it and I cant sigh :( sorry.

carlos, May 18, 2008 at 5:59 am

Really interesting and curious design. I love this playing with natural elements, like Gaudi – and it still has its own expression. The cleaness in forms and colour gives associations to the 70’s. With the lighting all the inner organs show in the most beautiful way!

ulf westergaard, May 21, 2008 at 10:35 am

Sandesh, September 15, 2011 at 9:21 am

That Hi-Macs material used for this building is absolutly brilliant! Much more flexible and easier to work with than Corian by DuPont. Hi-Macs is absolutly my choice in solid surfaces. Prefered by architects!
