Otra Arquitectura turned a small abandoned space in downtown Monterrey, Mexico, into their office/workshop. The space is barely 60 square meter, and built mainly out of ashlar walls covered in several layers of stucco and paint acquired over the years. STUDIOUNODESIGN projected the interior of a 100 square meter bar and restaurant that spread serenity and a touch of elegance in Vinci, Italy. Studio Ramin Visch projected a new modern open office for Dupon, giving it light and space. Big open work spaces were created by knocking down as much walls as possible. To create the new agency for TBWA/Hakuhodo, Klein Dytham Architecture transformed an old bowling alley in a large 8 story amusement complex in downtown Tokyo.
