House on a Slope

Dellekamp Arquitectos designed this 130 square meter house located on a rural area near Mexico City. The house uses standard materials and solutions, as well as a simple structure. The remaining three facades are solid to protect the interior from strong winds and assure privacy from the street. House in Chihuahua by PRODUCTORA

The house designed by PRODUCTORA is part of a golf club community in the desert of Chihuahua, Mexico. To balance the extreme temperature between day and night, they partially buried the house into the mountain slope to take advantage of the soil’s thermal mass. Since the plot is situated in a traditional style allotment where the rules state that at least 80% of the roofs have to be inclined, they reinterpreted that rule and made the complete roof as one continuous surface with different inclinations. Multi Family Housing by Taller 13 Arquitectos

Taller 13 Arquitectos (Elias Cattan + Patricio Guerrero) projected a multi family housing building located in central Cuauhtemoc neighborhood, Mexico City. The six storey building springs up from a rectangular lot with 8 living units: 3 duplex and 5 simplex with 5 different typologies. Frexport Headquarters by CC Arquitectos

CC Arquitectos designed the new Frexport Headquarters located in Zamora Michoacán, Mexico. Frexport specializes in the preparation of jams, preserves, yogurt, ice cream and syrups, among others. For this reason, the architects decided that the garden had to become the soul of the project.
