To create Heineken’s first shop, Tjep decides to pour furniture into the six monumental building located in the heart of Amsterdam, as if they were filling a cold fresh glass of extra cold Heineken. Pluk by Tjep

Tjep designed this colorful take-away restaurant called Pluk that offers fresh juices, yogurt shakes and special salads that customers can compose by themselves. The essence of the restaurant is to enjoy good food. The interior tries to reflect the juxtaposition of health and fun. The counters contain fruits and vegetables in three color groups. The Italian restaurant Fabbrica, designed by Tjep, is located in the Rotterdam harbor, right between the boats and the cranes.
